No, I've not heard of an 'Ascian'. Ultima fancied himself our God and creator. Perhaps he truly was — I can't say that I care. Those who succumbed to a surfeit of aether would become as mindless slaves for him to control... but there were yet some who fell more willingly into his thrall.
